Description

*1^st annual Celebrate a Nurse 5K 1M Run/Walk on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at the Madison College-Reedsburg Campus.   

 * Proceeds benefit a scholarship for Madison College – Reedsburg nursing students.  

 *Encourage everyone to participate.    

 *Team entries no additional charge. Example of teams:  Alumni Nurses graduation class, Nursing Departments, Healthcare Organizations, Memorial team, and family teams. Be creative with your team attire – prize to be given to the most creative team. No size limit for a team.  

*To be guaranteed a t-shirt, register no later than April 15, 2023.  

Event details and schedule

Only runners participating in the 5K event will be timed.  Awards will be presented immediately following the race.  Awards will be given to the top 1st-3rd place male and females finishing in each age division.

5K age divisions are:  17 & under, 18-29, 30-49, and 50 & over.  Most creative team overall.  

Event packets may be picked up at Madison College - Reedsburg on Friday, May 5 between Noon and 3:30pm or day of race, starting at 8 a.m.

ACTIVE REGISTRATION CLOSES Friday, May 5th, 2023 at 11:59pm.  Other registration formats are available up to and on day of race.  Quantities and sizes of t-shirts will be limited race day. To be guaranteed a t-shirt, participants should register NO LATER than April 15, 2023 (this restriction includes those participants registering at ACTIVE.com) No additional t-shirt orders will be placed.
